 This is a ticket for the Sound Bath Sunday event on 3/12/23

Where: Open Door: 18 N Main St. White River Junction, VT

When: 4pm-530pm Sunday 3/12/23

What to expect:

  • Short regenerative breath work lead by Andrew to help prepare you for meditation & relaxation
  • A short meditation guided by Rachael so you can ease into a state of relaxation
  • Approximate 45 minute sound bath lead by Tony to bring you deep into relaxation and leave you feeling tranquil for the week to come.
  • hot organic tea
    (see below for more information on facilitators)

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to set up your space and get settled. 

What to bring:

  • yoga mat
  • blanket
  • pillow
  • eye mask (optional)
  • wear comfortable clothing
  • proof of your ticket purchase

Join us for a relaxing Sunday afternoon at the Open Door in WRJ, VT. Facilitated by Rachael, Andrew & Tony.

Andrew is a certified Yoga and Chopra Meditation instructor, who will help you set an intention for the event, then facilitate restorative breath work to prepare your mind for meditation.

Rachael is a certified Chopra Meditation instructor and wellness advocate. She will guide you through a short meditation to help get your mind into an relaxed state to receive the healing vibrations from Tony’s Sound Bath.

Tony has an extensive collection of unique and powerful sound healing instruments & has been curating sound experiences for years.
