Join together in community for a mindful walk in nature. My intention is to provide an opportunity to gather together to reconnect with nature and each other. We will also practice moments of silent reflection along the way to deepen our presence in the moment. We will meet up at Amity Pond Natural Area off of Allen Hill Rd. in South Royalton, VT there is a small parking lot right off the road. This is a judgement free gathering where all are welcome and accepted! Looking forward to gathering in nature with you this weekend.
